Even though our cogeneration systems have quality and reliability built-in, service support is important.
MicroGen backs its products with dedicated service professionals. Our service personnel provide routine and preventive maintenance and are on call to address any type of service need.
Our remote monitoring system automatically and directly contacts both the local service representative and our
central monitoring facility to ensure the shortest possible time between detection and diagnosis or repair. In many cases, diagnosis and adjustment can be performed remotely. Several different service options are
available to meet your particular needs.
We offer a range of standard service packages. However, we also take a flexible approach and are able to tailor
service packages to suit the installation and client's requirement. In addition, we can also offer service packages independent of MicroGen installations as our technicians are fully trained in all aspects of engine
maintenance, including complete engine overhauls.
